The file called toc.ps contains a postscript file of the table of
contents of the second edition of my Models for Repeated Measurements
(OUP, 1999). The directories correspond to the chapters there.

All of the analyses for data sets used in several chapters can be
found in the files in the directory for the first chapter in which
they are used.

Directories ending in ex contain the exercises at the ends of the
chapters. Some data sets have my preliminary attempts at data
analysis, but none are complete.

All files are read in with path names, as if R were started in the
chapter directory.

Files with a capital F at the end of the name indicate the final
models actually contained in the book. These often require version 0.4
or later of my libraries. The other files are my initial exploratory
tries. Many were done with early versions of my libraries and do not
use all their possibilities.
